  • Try to avoid urgent and important thing, delegate them if possible.
  • Motivation succeds action , not precedes it. Start doing asap.
  • Try 5mins rule. Just try new things with 5 mins. This helps to ease the mind burden
  • Make decision in advance.
    • Think about all postive and negative outcomes and come up with solutions.
  • Difference between research and enginnering
    • Research is about fail fast and and find the right problem and solution
    • Engineering is about doing execution.
